Returns & Exchanges

At Cloudflare, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange shipment will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
